Do I need a boat license?

We have boats that do not require a license, all that is required is to be over 18 years old.

Can I hire a Skipper for any boat?

Yes, we have Skippers available for all boats.

What documents are required to rent a boat?

Once you reserve the boat, our team will contact you and will ask for a photo of your ID if you are renting a boat with a Skipper. If you are renting a boat without a Skipper, a photo of your ID and your boat license.

How long does it take to confirm the booking?

All our booking confirmations are instant.

Where can I navigate?

Before boarding, we will give you a briefing and let you know where you can navigate between Puerto del Carmen and Papagayo. During the briefing we will tell you the best spots.

Will there be an initial payment?

In order to confirm your boat rental we require a one time payment of the full amount.

Is there a required security deposit to rent a boat?

Not if you rent a boat with a Skipper. If you rent a boat without a Skipper, you will find the deposit amount under each boat page.

Can I cancel due to bad weather conditions?

Yes, we send you a full refund immediately, if there are bad weather conditions (+20 knots steady wind).

Can I go to La Graciosa or Lobos?

It depends on the boat, you will find this information on each boat page.

Can I pay in cash?

It depends on the boat owner, contact us to verify.
